At the moment, we're only shipping to the UK. This is mostly while we figure out the costs of shipping anywhere else in the world, and figuring out how we can do it so you're not paying ridiculous amounts to receive your box! Sign up for our newsletter (in the footer) to hear more news about when we start shipping out wider!

Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns, so joining does require you to place some trust in us. We like to think that the joy of subscribing to Nothing Sounds Good is discovering artists and records that you don't usually pick up! Off course, you can always resell anything you really don’t like on discogs!

We send out within the first 10 days of the month so if you order after the cut off date, you won’t receive anything until the the following month. Similarly, if you sign up just before or on the cut off date, your records will arrive within the following two or so weeks (depending on your location). You’ll get a shipment email in your inbox as soon as they’ve left Nothing Sounds Good headquarters.

At the moment, we don’t press vinyl. However, it still doesn’t hurt to get in touch. We’re always interested in new and exciting things and may be able to point you in a good direction, as we have great relationships with loads of DIY labels.

We can’t promise anything, but we’re always on the hunt for new shit. Shoot it through to our email and we'll have a listen!

If we’ve emailed to say your records are on the way but they’re still MIA after 5 days, your best bet is to check in with your local mail depot. Our packages are chunky little buggers and sometimes they end up waiting there, abandoned like a b-side nobody asked for — and Royal Mail forgets to drop you the "missed delivery" slip. Punk move, we know. If there’s still nothing, get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can sort out for you.

We pack all your vinyl in lovely, sturdy DEFENDA MusicMax mailers — basically the Fort Knox of record packaging. We’ve tested all sorts of options, but this one’s the champ when it comes to making sure your records show up without a single bump or bruise.
Delivery-wise, we go with Royal Mail — they’ve been solid so far (fingers crossed, touch wood, etc).

We keep it pretty firmly in the DIY space, so expect punk, indie, emo, and whatever else fits in that kind of space. Occasionally, we might send out something that strays into hip hop or indie-pop, but only if we think it's something DIY folks would vibe with. If you're looking for something a bit wider or more eclectic, we're huge fans of the folks over at Wax & Stamp.

Of course! All you need to do is log in and hit the pause button before we charge you. You can pause for up to three months, as we know that times can be tough sometimes. Similarly, if you want to cancel, we won't put any hurdles in your way!

Luke and Paul have their ears constantly to the ground for new DIY music. We also have hookups with some of the best labels in the UK, Europe and across the world, so we keep an eye on what's coming out (usually before you'll hear about it). We always try and send something out that's current, so you won't be getting five-year-old offcuts unless it's something we really really think you won't already have and we love it!
